The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery will constitute an evidence with regard to transport and delivery.
The customer shall check the status and compliance of the product. If the packaging is damaged please put in writing on the delivery note "conditionally". If the packaging and the product should be obviously damaged, please refuse delivery by putting in writing his reservations dated and signed. In this case, the customer must send the carrier, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days after the day of delivery stating the reasons for the refusal. The customer must send a copy of this letter to HIDESIGN. It may also anticipate to HIDESIGN by fax the contents of this letter to the number

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
HIDESIGN undertakes to keep the most updated information related availability of products. Nevertheless it is possible to occur an unavailability of the selected product. In this case the customer will be informed promptly and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale he can decide what to do.
HIDESIGN.it exposes different types of products, many of which are difficult to find, in some cases made by order, therefore, the delivery dates for each product may be different. In the detailed description of each product are clearly evident the delivery times.
All orders are usually validated within 24 hours from time of order confirmation and after receiving the payment. Orders placed from monday until 18.00 on friday will be validated within next business day. For orders placed after 18.00 on Friday, is considered as the first effective date of validation the following monday.
The shipment costs are counted and displayed during the order confirmation.
